Positive: Very clean and well kept up, it’s not all inclusive but has perfect medium between fun and relaxation at high end resort

Negative: One pool needed cleaning

Positive: Excellent grounds. Great for family. My grandkids enjoyed their stay. Great breakfast. Staff made us feel at home. Lovely night ambiance and entertainment.

Negative: There was no night lamp in the ocean view suites. I was unable to find the plug in for the coffee and tea area. Security lights were dull in that area. I hope after renovations. Those issues will be addressed. Beautiful envoirment and ambiance generally. Beds were too soft.

Negative: Extremely slow service, waited over an hour for food. They said a system problem but based on past reviews slow service is the norm. Hit and miss staff, some great others not interested in their job.
